Bio

I recently completed my 18th year on the Cabrini University Men's Soccer programs sideline.  After serving as a long time assistant I took over the program in 2012 and was my 12th season at the helm.

Rob Dallas begins his 12th season as Cabrini 's head men's soccer coach in 2023-24. Dallas was named head coach in January 2012 after six seasons as an assistant coach with the Cabrini men’s soccer team.

He will also begin his ninth year as the Dixon Athletic Center Coordinator of Facilities and Operations. Dallas oversees all operations of the Dixon Center and athletic fields and serves as the department's Equipment Manager. In addition to planning, organizing, and overseeing all aspects of equipment purchasing activities for the Blue and White's 19 athletic teams. Dallas also supervises the Dixon Center and game day student staff.

During the summer of 2023 Cabrini announced that the 23-24 academic year would be its last as the campus had been sold to neighboring Villanova University.  Dallas was able to keep the majority of his roster in tact in an effort to have one final season as a Cabrini Men's Soccer program.  The group found a great deal of success in conference making it all the way to the Atlantic East Final before falling short 0-1 in the championship match.

In the 2022 campaign the Cavaliers fell in dramatic fashion in the Atlantic East Conference Semi Finals. The penalty kick shootout loss resulted in the end of a remarkable run for the Cavaliers having been to the previous six consecutive conference championships. The year before in 2021 the year ended with a trip to the NCAA tournament as the Cavaliers claimed the program's 11th league title. They finished with a 13-5-2 overall record, including a perfect 6-0 mark in conference play, before suffering a 2-1 loss to No. 23 Babson in the first round of the NCAA Tournament.

Dallas led the Cavaliers to unprecedented heights in 2017, as the Blue and White turned an 0-7-1 start into the program's first NCAA Tournament victory. After the slow start, Cabrini went 8-1 to close the regular season, before scoring its 10th CSAC title. The 2017 Cavaliers entered the program's history book one week later, they netted a 97th minute goal to give the Blue and White a 1-0 win at Rowan in the first round of the NCAA Tournament.

Since taking over the program in 2012, Dallas has amassed a record of 124 -78 - 23 claiming 4 conference championships in 2012, 2015, 2017, and 2021. During six seasons as an assistant, the Cavaliers piled up 77 wins against 39 losses (.664), and captured the 2008 and 2009 Colonial States Athletics Conference crowns.

In addition to his time at Cabrini, Dallas also has extensive experience coaching at the club level. Dallas has coached in many of the area soccer clubs including FC Delco, Harleysville FC, and Steel United. Currently Dallas works as a Director and Coach in Radnor Soccer Club, and also Coaches the U - 19 Sporting PA Boys team.

Dallas was a member of the Division II Millersville University Men's soccer program from 2000-04.  During that time, he was active with the Marauders’ Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) and several community service projects.

Dallas graduated from Millersville in 2005 with a bachelor’s degree in Education and a minor in Athletic Coaching. He is also currently enrolled at Cabrini University in the Masters of Science and Leadership program from which he will graduate in December.

Dallas and his wife, Nicole, reside in Malvern with their sons Robby and Luca.
